Work Site: No Specific Work Location.

Work will be performed in Racine County. The employer will provide, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. Worker will be paid weekly.

Pay: $25.02 Per Hour

All deductions required by law will be made from the worker's paycheck.

Duration/Usual Hours Per Week: Full-Time, 50 Hours Per Week Minimum

This is a full-time temporary job from Feb 01, 2025 to Nov 30, 2025. Standard work week is Monday through Friday. No weekends required

Shift/Work Days: First Shift. Workers may volunteer to work additional hours but are not required to work more than stated daily hours and/or on a worker's Sabbath or federal holidays.

Monday-Friday. Hourly work schedule: 7:00 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. These hours could increase or decrease based on weather conditions, crop delay, pests or disease, crop yield, available labor, and or productivity.

Experience / Qualifications: 3 months experience required. Extensive exposure to extreme temperatures, pushing and pulling, walking, and repetitive movements. 50 lbs lifting requirement

Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:

Assist with daily farm functions including but not limited to the following: Operate various equipment (combines, tractors, trucks, etc.) for planting, spraying, cultivating, fertilizing and harvesting of crops. Maintain/repair/inspect machinery. Grain handling, hauling farm commodities. Minor farm construction projects. Maintain farm grounds/mow. Other miscallaneous duties assigned. Workers may be required to work long hours in the sun in the work process. Workers must be physically able to bend and stoop for long periods of time. Able to stand on feet for long periods of time. Physically able to meet and perform all job specifications. Crops: Alfalfa, Soybean, Rye

ETA790 contains specific details of all the tasks involved.

Housing is provided at no cost to non-local workers (not for non-workers) who are not reasonably able to return the same day to their place of residence. Employer provides separate sleeping and bathroom facilities for each gender. Employer always possesses and controls premises. Workers must vacate housing promptly at end of contract period or upon termination, in accordance with state law.

The employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities and space for food preparation to non-local workers, as well as the necessary equipment, appliances (including refrigeration), cooking accessories, and dish washing facilities (e.g., adequate sinks with hot and cold water under pressure) that are in working condition to sufficiently prepare three (3) meals a day. Free transportation is provided to access stores to purchase groceries and/or other incidentals. In the event that kitchen facilities become unavailable during the contract period, employer will provide three daily meals in accordance with 20 CFR 655.122(g). In such circumstances, employer will deduct the cost of such meals up to the maximum allowable amount published in the Federal Register, or as otherwise approved by the U.S. Department of Labor. If non-local worker is housed in hotel/motel, all meals are provided for free (catered or access to full functioning kitchen).

Daily transportation to/from worksite is provided to the workers at no charge (e.g. designated daily pick-up place). The worker is not required to work more than the stated daily hours and/or on a worker's Sabbath or federal holidays. The employer will furnish without cost all tools, supplies, or equipment required in the performance of work and must be in good working condition and must be in good working condition.

For non-commuting workers, employer pays/reimburses reasonable travel costs (transportation, daily subsistence, and lodging if applicable) from the place worker departed to the employer's place of employment. subsistence will be reimbursed at the rate of $15.88 per day without documentation and of actual expenditures, and at actual cost up to a maximum of $59.00 per day with documentation of actual expenditures. Workers who provide receipts for meals and non-alcoholic beverages in excess of will be reimbursed during the first pay periods, up to the maximum amount per 24-hr period of travel from place of recruitment to the place of employment. After worker has completed 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse worker for the cost of transportation from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. The amount of the transportation payment will be equal to the most economical and reasonable similar common carrier transportation charges for the distance involved.
